Position : Skilled Carpenter
As we expand, we’re looking for a talented carpenter to join our team. This role will focus on detailed finish carpentry, including stair nosing and railing work, as well as trim, cabinetry, and custom woodwork.
You’ll work closely with project managers and other trades to bring clients' visions to life, ensuring precise and high-quality craftsmanship at every step.
Responsibilities :
Measure, cut, and install stair nosing, railing systems, and other finish carpentry elements with a high degree of precision
Build, assemble, and install custom trim, baseboards, molding, and cabinetry
Work with a range of materials to achieve durable, aesthetically pleasing results
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications :
Proven carpentry experience with a focus on finish carpentry, stair nosing, and railing installation
Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Commitment to quality work and a solid work ethic
