Immediate opening for a Junior Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing company in Mississauga. Our company
works with closed and open cell foams materials.
Capable of machining foam to tolerances based on specifications
Operate machines (rotary die cutters, laminator, table saw, slitters, etc.)
Manually load material onto machines
Cut, laminate, assemble pieces for customers
Packing orders for shipping
Load and unloading material from warehouse and trailers
Follow ISO 9001 quality program we have in place
Ability to read and understand drawings and instructions
Ability to read and understand measurement devices
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally - 30 lbs on average
Good time management skills
Basic knowledge of foam materials and densities is a plus
2 or more years experience and willingness to learn are a great asset
Forklift license not required but is a plus
Punctuality and attendance are vital
