Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Information Systems team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (AKS) hosted applications and APIs, while meeting service level agreements and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage appropriate partners (internal or external) to resolve operational issues, or plan IT enhancements when necessary.

Develop IT Operations processes to support technical delivery involving multiple cross functional teams.

Perform some or all the following tasks : data management, data loads, system scanning, scripting, QA automation, coordinate production releases.

Enable monitoring, logging with tools such as, New Relic, Moogsoft, Devo, Azure Diagnostics.

Configure and maintain infrastructure and networking requirements to support production environments.

Participate in vulnerability management, cyber security and disaster recovery initiatives as needed.

Qualifications :

Must be Bachelors degree holder.

At least 2 years of experience in using Azure, Kubernetes and APIs.

Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND / OR current external environment / situation)

Amenable to work on a permanent night shift

Readiness and confidence installing, configuring, upgrading IT systems and applications in Windows / Linux based environments.

API Management, and DevOps principals and tools an asset, ie. Github, Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity, Apigee

Good organizational and problem-solving abilities that enables you to deliver forward-looking IT solutions.

Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes.
