Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Training and Development Manager to join a fast-growing organization with a family feel in the North-West of Winnipeg.
The successful candidate works closely with the business leaders to identify and implement organisational training programs.
Do you have 5+ years of experience in a training and development role? Do you have a background in HR including needs analysis, content development and program implementation?
Are you a great project manager and have outstanding interpersonal skills? Do you love working with people and are a natural educator?
Are you a strategic thinker, a great problem solver, and able to work in a fast-paced changing work environment? Do you have previous experience working with northern communities / stakeholders and are able to travel there as needed?

Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify training and development needs across the organization
- Creating and implementing training programs and processes
- Project management and overseeing content and communication of training programs
- Train and coach leaders
- Develop organizational policies and procedures
- Manage external learning vendor relationships and keep up to date with learning trends and best practices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary degree (HR, Adult Education, Business, or another related field)
- Previous experience with training and development (5+ years), project management or change management
- Ability to analyze training needs while being able to interpret the data and deliver solutions to address the gaps
- Outstanding work ethic with a great sense of urgency
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of instructional design methodology
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the work environment and juggling competing priorities
