Here's what you'll be doing

You'll be the backbone of our service department, the expert who ensures every vehicle that leaves our shop is in peak condition.

Your extensive knowledge and expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and maintenance to our guests' vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Diagnose & Repair : Tackle a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics, ensuring every car leaves our shop in peak condition.
  • Inspect & Troubleshoot : Use state-of-the-art tools and technology to identify problems and develop effective repair plans.
  • Customer Interaction : Communicate clearly and confidently with customers about their vehicle's needs, offering expert advice and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance your skills and deliver top-notch service.

You need these qualifications

  • Licensed Automotive Technician : Valid Automotive Service Technician License (310S).
  • Experience : Proven experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex issues.
  • Customer Service : Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Team Player : Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
  • Passion : A genuine love for automobiles and a drive to keep learning and improving.

It would be nice if

  • You have experience with Nissan systems
  • You have additional certifications in specialized areas of automotive repair
  • You have experience mentoring junior technicians
