Position Overview
Santai Science is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Product Manager to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in executing the company’s marketing strategy and driving brand awareness across key markets.
The Technical Product Manager will work closely with the General Manager, Marketing Specialists and Product Managers to align marketing initiatives with Santai Science’s business goals and ensure the effective promotion of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management : Oversee the development of marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, case studies, and digital campaigns that highlight the advantages of Santai Science’s products.
- New Product & Application Development & Collaborations : Help in the development of new products, applications, and strategic collaborations with key industry players, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Brand Management : Help maintain and enhance Santai Science’s brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Marketing Strategy Implementation : Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s strategic goals, under the guidance of the General Manager.
- Digital Marketing : Contribute to the management of social media platforms, SEO strategies, and website updates to boost online presence and generate leads.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the product management, R&D, and sales teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and marketing messaging as well as improvements for the existing products.
- Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials, including product datasheets, presentations, and other sales tools that support the sales process.
- Event Coordination : Assist in planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and other industry events to promote the company’s products.
- Market Research : Conduct research to identify new market opportunities, analyze competitors, and understand customer needs to refine marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking : Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement to the General Manager.
What we are Looking For :
A master’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field with experience with chromatography.
A minimum of 8+ years of extensive experience in product management and marketing, with specialized expertise in chromatography systems / consumables, or related scientific fields.
