Join the Litens Purchasing Team as a Sr. Global Director, Procurement & Supply Chain Management. Lead the Procurement and Supply Chain Management function as the Senior Global Director.

Responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of the company’s sourcing, procurement and supply chain management functions and act as Litens’ senior interface with the Company’s vendor base.

This role is also responsible for leading the development of a new vendors to meet Litens’ growth objectives, including new products for the EV market.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement and supply chain strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee the entire supply chain process including supplier development, sourcing, procurement and logistics to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Establish strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align the company’s objectives with operational capabilities, ensuring timely delivery of products within budget.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to secure favourable terms and reliable supply of high-quality materials and services.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and business needs to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a robust supplier base, ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and sustainability practices.
  • Develop and manage the department’s budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the procurement and supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance.

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Engineering education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with printed circuit boards and other electrical / electronic components
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading procurement and supply chain functions in a complex, global organization.
  • Experience managing a large procurement and supply chain budget, demonstrating strong financial acumen and cost control capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements in a procurement and supply chain context.
  • Knowledge of global trade regulations, customs requirements, and international logistics is a plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
