We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Specialist for a well established automation client of ours. This position can be based in Vancouver or Victoria.
In this role, you will work with Project Managers, design team & field staff to develop system designs, including producing shop drawings, programming, graphics and commissioning control systems.

Responsibilities
- Engineering, programming, and commissioning building automation systems
- Integrating various systems such as chillers, boilers, and lighting panels
- Data acquisition
- Handle calibration of temperature and humidity sensors
- Train building operators
- Select and size control equipment to meet project requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years direct experience in designing HVAC systems
- 4 years’ experience in onsite commissioning of HVAC control systems
- 3 years’ experience in the use of MS-Visio / MS-Office & & mechanical design package tools such as Auto Cad, and Solid Works
- Experience with networking, setting up windows server, configuring routers and switches
- Knowledge of control system design and electrical control system wiring methods
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree / Diploma
- Working knowledge of Reliable Control and / or Schneider EcoStruxure product
- Well organized team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
