The Role :

As a Program Manager , you will play a key role within the Global Insights team, managing a large-scale, high-complexity, multi-stakeholder program comprised of 20+ concurrent projects.

A Day in The Life :

  • Take accountability for the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of program delivery, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
  • Create comprehensive project plans encompassing all stages of the program (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure), including launch plans, communication plans, risk management plans, project schedules and critical paths to ensure project structure and integrity
  • Structure and manage project timelines by tracking deliverables and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute and deliver project requirements within scope, schedule, budget, and ensuring quality
  • Consistently track the advancement of the program and provide updates on measurable elements like milestones, deliverables and budgets to pertinent stakeholders
  • Lead project financial management requirements, including evaluation of project progress against budgets, estimating efforts and duration of activities, forecasting, developing statements of work, and creating project change requests and notices
  • Assists in generating pipeline forecasts and reports for account sales / growth activities as needed
  • Manages stakeholder expectations, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, sponsors, and other key partners, and ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution
  • Support the client relationship by developing and maintaining a trusted partnership, while becoming the client's advocate within Bond and delivering the experience with excellence

Are You The One?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (project management certification considered an asset)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing project management role, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment
  • Experience with client management and navigating complexities effectively as well as proficient in using active listening and communication skills to determine and document client needs
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, identify risks, manage expectations and ensure project success
  • Strong financial acumen, understanding key financial metrics and their impact on project delivery and overall business performance
  • Understanding of consumer research projects an asset, but not required
  • Passion, ingenuity, and a remarkable talent for effectively conveying strategic messages and interface across a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills
  • Exceptional listening, analytical, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Hands-on functional knowledge and navigation of Project Management tools / software (e.g. Gantt charts, resource schedules, etc.

experience with Microsoft Dynamics considered an asset

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - strong level of proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness and flexibility to work outside of regular operating hours and travel as required
