Shift Schedule :
MORNING : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM
Hourly Rate : $24.51
This is a full-time position with direct employment from day one!
During the probation period, you'll primarily focus on mastering the safe operation of the Forklift with Clamp attachments.
Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, providing material handling support, performing general labor tasks, and occasional forklift operation until fully trained.
All necessary protective gear will be provided, excluding safety shoes.
A minimum of 2-3 years of Counterbalance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
The role entails 80% forklift operation and 20% material handling and other warehouse duties.

Responsibilities
Engage in unloading and loading trucks, as well as order picking responsibilities.
- Prior experience with counterbalance forklifts is essential for this role.
- Work in a highly safety-oriented environment, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Fulfill additional general warehouse duties as needed.
- Be prepared for heavy lifting tasks, with weights reaching up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating a counterbalance forklift is required.
- Ideally, candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of forklift experience, with manufacturing experience being advantageous.
- Possession of a valid forklift license / certification is necessary. Experience with overhead crane operations is considered an asset.
- Ability to commute to the Vaughan region for work.
