The Role :
Our location is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Service Specialist.
The Patient Service Specialist plays a critical role within Consumer's Optical and is crucial to our success by delivering world-class service to our customers.
You'll often be the first point of contact with the public, so you must bring with you your passion for people and your drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This position is a full-time, permanent role working up to 30-40hours per week, Sundays to Saturdays.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Warmly greeting customers as they enter our store
- Communicating with customers in person, by phone, and by email
- Billing the customer, their medical service provider and other third parties
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
What Do You Bring?
- Passionate about customer experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional interactions with customers
- Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous retail experience an asset
