Responsibilities
- Manage and lead teams of testers.
- Communicate testing progress, roadblocks and solutions.
- Coordinate, monitor, and execute test scripts (automated and manual) as needed.
- Collect, collate, and report test results. Work with team leads, project managers, and technical staff as needed to identify the actions required to resolve issues identified during quality assurance and testing processes.
- Create and maintain IT quality assurance plans, quality control plans, and associated guidelines, processes, and tools.
- Create test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts, mapping them to business requirements.
- Coordinate, monitor, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Lead / Manager with an enterprise level organization
- Intermediate to expert experience with Azure Dev Ops, particularly with the Testing Module, creating queries and dashboard contents.
- Intermediate to expert experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to understand, identify and communicate needs for the project and project team members to potentially large groups of internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-directed with the ability to move back and forth between tasks without direction, able to prioritize and reprioritize work.
- Innovative with the ability to develop new processes and practices in response to changing needs and requirements on the project and for the project team.
