Responsibilities :
The Account Executive manages a territory of accounts with a quota ranging from $2M to $5M and is accountable for customer satisfaction, revenue growth and profitability within their assigned territory.
The Account Executive manages the planned sales call process and all it entails within their territory. They are responsible for achieving balanced performance of connectivity, network and support services.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 3-5 years in selling IT staffing and / or IT services to VAR, OEMs, and Integrators
- The Account Executive must have a University / College Degree or equivalent.
- The Account Executives must possess outstanding skills in the areas of time management, written and oral communications.
- The Account Executive must possess superior business aptitude and be organized & effective when completing their assigned duties.
Operational Responsibilities :
- Actively participates in scheduled sales meetings
- Work with clients : job orders, follow ups, placements
- Responsible for posting and updating job order requirements into the main recruitment database repository and assigning work with a recruitment professional who will source qualified candidates for the job order.
- Maintains and updates job orders in Quickbase as per change requirements
- Revenue growth, profit and loss within their assigned territory.
- Become a change advocate who ensures that functional areas within the corporation are aligned with customer expectations and needs by providing best of breed capabilities and deliverables as measured by industry standards.
- Manage their financial performance as specified within their Goal Sheets. They track, monitor and develop corrective actions to remedy all 'out of line' performance within their territory.
The Account Executive has a substantial impact on both revenue and profit.
- Protect & grow revenues within their existing accounts.
- Grow market share by acquiring new accounts from our competitors.
- Have a legacy of credibility and possess outstanding communication skills.
- Leverage partnerships with industry leaders and capitalize on existing account control earned by these partners.
- Implements strategic & tactical initiatives and plans.
- Develops business cases & solicits management concurrence to proceed with their recommendations.
- Maintain outstanding business relationships with all customers, business partners, other departments, vendors and manufacturers.
- Initiates actions to correct deficiencies or "out of line" financial performance within their assigned territories.
- Develops territory & account plans.
- Is responsible for analyzing and providing remedies for customer satisfaction issues within their assigned territories.
- Maintains frequent contact with customers at all levels but especially at senior management levels in order to resolve concerns, monitor customer satisfaction and drive incremental opportunities within their assigned territory.
- Leverages corporate and regional resources, such as their director and VP, within the planned sales call process to achieve their territory objectives.
