As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will develop and maintain the creative vision for our corporate brand.
You will be responsible for establishing brand guidelines, reimagining existing designs, and continuously updating our corporate visual identity.
You will use your creativity and out of the box thinking to create marketing tools, merchandise, social media, and corporate materials that will make a major impact within our organization.
To be successful in this position, you must be confident and creative, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
This demanding role requires you to work well under pressure, to be able to take direction, in addition to having in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques.
You should also have experience executing design projects from conception to production, including websites, merchandise, social media graphics, Word files and PowerPoint presentations.
What you'll be doing :
- Oversee all design projects, corporate branding, and imagery, in digital and physical forms, from conception to delivery.
- Design original corporate material, including illustrations, infographics, website, intranet, posters, handbooks, PowerPoint presentations, merchandise, etc.
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure quality and that brand guidelines are being met.
- Develop and establish brand guidelines for Aylo.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating our corporate visual identity.
- Image retouching and image manipulation, logo conception and icon illustration
- Maintain image and video storage systems and create new ones as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure execution is in line with overall corporate vision.
- Ensure team meets deadlines while maintaining high quality and the corporate creative vision.
- Balance the team workload and manage cross-functional request.
- Continuously work on process improvement.
- Coach / mentor direct reports.
What you'll need to be successful :
Must haves :
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience including website design experience.
- College diploma in related field
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator
- Knowledge of Flash and PowerPoint
Nice to haves :
- UI / UX design experience
- Experience with motion graphics
- Artistic, proactive and hands-on approach
- The ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio or link to website with sample work and a creative project are required for consideration of this position.*
