Scopely is looking for a Senior Localization Producer to join our Central Localization Team in Canada on a remote basis.

The Central Localization team operates at a central level as part of the Studio Operations Team in an advisory and supportive capacity for Localization and LQA across the Scopely portfolio.

What You Will Do :

  • You will play a key role in managing the localization pipelines for AAA games with Voice Over (VO), as well as other titles, ensuring high-quality localized player experiences.
  • You will contribute significantly to upholding and advancing quality standards and technologies used in Localization.
  • Oversee the Localization processes and LQA across Scopely's portfolio, ensuring all game and content localizations meet high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and enhance relationships with external Localization partners, establish and monitor KPIs to ensure top-quality outcomes.
  • Actively improve and uphold Localization and LQA standards. Advocate for internationalization and a global mindset in development practices across all platforms.
  • Work closely with game teams, central technology organizations, and external vendors to maximize operability and efficiency through strategic use of tools and technology.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in Localization and LQA, proposing new ideas and solutions. Share lessons learned and best known methods across the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Localization Producer or Program Manager, specifically within the gaming industry, handling major AAA titles with VO.
  • Proven track record of successfully shipping games noted for their extensive global reach and large user bases.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing console localization pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experienced in building constructive relationships and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Localization content management systems and familiar with office programs, bug software, and tools for planning, scheduling, and QA.
  • Experience with CAT tools and keen interest in localization innovations such as AI, MT, and UGC localization.
  • Experience operating in agile environments (sprints).
  • Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
