Ensure implementation of and adherence to strategies, policies, processes, and methods for service operations activities (technically and / or commercially), for assigned organizational unit.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and / or tools.
- Ensures the delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service quality, and profitability.
- Implements workforce development measures.
- Acts a primary escalation contact to customers and resolves issues with external and internal stakeholders.
- Supervises / conducts the negotiation of and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Supports in developing service leads.
- Ensures obeying regional laws and regulations.
- Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and / or coordinates dedicated staff
What You Bring
- A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
- Relevant experience from the wind industry is preferred.
- To be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner passing on knowledge to site personnel with varied competency.
- Broad understanding of wind turbine technologies
- Understanding of turbine interface tools used locally within the turbine or remotely.
- Advanced IT skills including all aspects of MS Office.
- Ability to understand and contribute to departmental processes and procedures.
- Have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to the role working away from home and unsociable hours when required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada, and presently reside in Canada. Also, travel to customer sites within and outside Canada is a requirement of the job.
Must be eligible to hold a valid Passport and Driver’s License
