About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst, Business Finance will support Product, Operations, Sales and Marketing leaders and partner with their respective teams to understand main business drivers, individual channel performance and forecast, and develop go forward business strategies to ensure that business decisions are aligned with overall finance and company goals.
You will also play a critical role in total company supply and fulfillment forecasting, where you will work closely with the Corporate FP&A team to summarize and translate individual business initiatives into revenue drivers.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with business partners and influence decisions outside of finance through data analysis and deep understanding of the business
- Responsible for modeling all aspects of supply and fulfillment (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and translating it into forecasts
- Set the annual plan for Supply and Fulfillment KPIs
- Partner with product teams to understand how product changes impact the Fulfillment and Pro onboarding funnel performance
- Partner with partnership teams to understand pipeline for new deals and drivers of existing partnerships performance
- Attend weekly business reviews, monitor overall supply and fulfillment driver performance to generate cohesive business performance summaries for senior leadership
- Provide variance analysis from plan and quantify drivers of the variance
Must-Have Qualifications

- 8+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Finance or Go-to Market experience, with at least 4 years of forecasting experience
- Experience presenting to senior leaders and working with cross-functional teams to build aligned views of the business
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, using G-Suite, SQL and MS Office Suite
- Able to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations for business stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally
- Broad understanding of marketing performance metrics and how they impact demand forecasts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills showing the ability to influence change
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working for a tech company, company that operates within a marketplace or public company experience a plus
- Previous experience in supporting / partnering with marketing, sales, and business analytics teams
- Experience working with sales organizations
- Ability to automate forecasts using python, R or other programming languages.
