Your new role
Working as a Contracts Supervisor, you will be managing over 15 operatives (multi) and contractors to ensure customers receive excellent service on repair work.
This is a full-time role based within the Hounslow, Richmond, Teddington and Twickenham areas.
Successful candidate duties will include :
- Scheduling work across the day and week for multi-skilled operatives.
- Analyse and report on works
- Monitor the performance of the jobs e.g. how many attended.
- Ordering of materials
- Carrying out regular visits and inspections of works
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in social housing sector as a Supervisor or a Manager (Reactive Maintenance)
- Managing a number of operatives and different skills / trades
- Be able to pass a Basic DBS
- Driving Licence (up to 6 points allowed)
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- First Aid
- Good communication skills with customers and team
- Experience of managing a budget
What you'll get in return
This is a contract role, Monday Friday, 40 hours a week. It potentially may go permanent in April 2025.
