Our client is a large French corporation inthe engineering sector recruiting a CFO for a new entity recentlyacquired in Toronto ON.
Your KeyDuties :
As the CFO you will be instrumental inleading the postacquisition integrationof the companywithin theGroup. You will : Provideleadership direction and management to the finance and accountingteam.
Work closely with senior executives tooptimize the financial performance and strategic position of thecompany. Be responsible for aligning thefinancial reporting local organization and systems with the globalstandards Oversee the preparation of allfinancial reporting including monthly financial statementsforecasts and budgets Ensure compliance withstatutory law and financialregulations.
Start date : ASAP (September 2024)
YourSkills and Competencies :
You are an seasonedCFO with experience working within globalorganizations You have experience with guidingcompanies through periods of transformation as growth mergers andacquisitions.
Ideally you are familiarwith theengineering and infrastructure sectors and the unique financialchallenges they present. You have a proventrack record of developing and executing strategies that drivefinancial stability and growth in rapidly evolvingindustries.

- Day Rate (depending on your profile) : CA$1 500 to CA$2 200
