Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Data Entry Clerk for a 6-month contract. The role is fully onsite in Scarborough.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and position management changes through established internal control mechanisms
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his / her respective areas in accordance with bank's Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML / ATF / sanctions and conduct risk.
- Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day to day activities and decisions
- Record, maintain and send employee paper files to third party vendor for storage facility
- Respond to administrative inquiries related to record management and vendor solutions.
- Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Must have skills :
- 2-4 years experience with Data Entry
- Intermediate experience with Excel
- Prior administration experience.
Nice to have :
- Prior project coordinating exposure an asset
- Bilingual French / English an asset.
