We are a gadgets store that offers numerous different technology products such as laptops, cellphones, gaming accessories, mobile accessories etc.
Our mission is to provide a high-level of customer service and experience to our clients. We are looking for candidates that are outgoing, energetic, goal oriented, driven, and eager to grow and learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting and welcoming new customers and long-time customers to the store.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly. Able to lift up to 25-30lb boxes.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Recommending products based on customer’s needs, requirements and budget.
- Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining to store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Minimum 2 year of retail sales experience
- Working knowledge of technology products
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Job Type : Full-time and part-time
Salary : From $18 per hour
