Our client is an established Developer Builder who has a proud 40-year history of producing properties in BC. Their diverse portfolio includes mixed use, residential, senior living facilities, and social housing / non-profit developments.

Due to the ongoing growth of this Developer, they are looking to add a Construction Manager to oversee the construction of varied multifamily projectsing up.
Your new roleAs Construction Manager, you will be part of a small, high-performing team focused on the execution of uing multifamily developments.
Initially, this role will be looking after a 6-storey condominium and a townhousemunity. Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle along with the provided assistance of the project team.
Your responsibilities will include planning, contract negotiation, cost control, solvingplex design and construction issues, dealing with sub-trades and, most importantly, showing strong leadership.
What you'll need to succeedThis job requires a minimum of 5+ years of previous experience working as a project manager or construction manager for either a General Contractor or Developer Builder locally.
A proven track record of delivering multifamily projects successfully is a must. A relevant technical diploma or degree education related to construction is considered an asset.
This Developer needs a candidate with a good permanent work history, excellentmunication skills and good local vendor knowledge.
