Maintenance TeamLead
One of Canadas leadingmanufacturers of protein products is seeking a Maintenance LeadHand for their facility in Toronto ON.
The Maintenance Lead Handwill play a crucial role in the plants production and operationsdivision ensuring that all mechanical equipment and systems areoperating efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain all mechanical equipmentand systems within the plant.
- Conduct dailypreoperational inspections and perform necessaryrepairs.
- Execute preventative maintenance andrepair of production equipment as per work order requests equipmentstoppages or breakdowns.
- Assign tasks toemployees provide adequate training and ensure all tasks arecompleted to specifications.
- Adhere to andutilize company policies / procedures and HACCPregulations.
Qualifications
- Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) or Electrician(309A) certification.
- Minimum of two yearsexperience performing repairs in a manufacturingenvironment.
- Knowledge of mechanical electricaland refrigeration systems is anasset.
- Proficiency in using power and manualtools.
- Ability to communicate effectively inEnglish both verbally and in writing.
Compensation &Benefits
- Competitive(base rate) of $42 per hour.
