Responsibilities :
Data Entry and Validation :
Accurately input data / documents from the SPRA tool into the EP tool.
Validate data for accuracy and completeness to ensure error-free migration.
Perform data reconciliation between the two systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Process Documentation :
Document the data entry process, including any specific rules or mappings used during data transfer.
Maintain up-to-date records of data entry activities and any issues encountered.
Collaboration :
Work closely with the financial analysis and reporting teams to understand data requirements and timelines.
Collaborate with IT and system administrators to troubleshoot technical issues related to data transfer.
Compliance and Security :
Ensure adherence to data governance policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Continuous Improvement :
Identify opportunities to streamline the data entry process and enhance data quality.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide feedback on system enhancements.
Minimum Required Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with data validation and reconciliation techniques.
Experienced at analysing / interpreting cases and documentation.
Strong organizational skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives to completion simultaneously

Ability to work independently, conduct projects with global scale and embody firm values
Preferred Qualifications :
Fluent in French language
Knowledge of the client Group activities and organization a plus
