A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity-based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation.
You'll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC's regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.
Our Operations team helps internal leaders validate and improve the reliability and effectiveness of business operations.
You'll help the team with issues related to business continuity, environmental risk, crisis management, process systems and risks associated with operations, health and safety and technology.

As a Technology Risk and Managed Services Leader , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex bus iness issues from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Manage a team of 12 ranging from Senior Associate to Senior Manager
- Over see the activities and budget for up to 10 acceleration c entre team members
- Lead the vision and strategy for technology and services risk management in Managed Services, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall objectives
- Oversee, guide, and influence teams responsible for delivering Managed Services risk management
- Mentor and grow staff, assign resources, and create a consistent view of risk management across the firm
- Measure the performance and value contribution of the Managed Services risk function, enhancing transparency and compliance within the organization
- Act as the main contact for high-level conversations about Managed Services risk management approaches focused on Services and Technology
- Keep up with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, advising the firm's leadership on necessary changes to the risk management framework.
Coordinate with Global Managed Services Working group and adopt an aligned approach to Risk
- Provide strategic leadership for the Technology Risk function, managing the project portfolio for Technology Risk and Joint Business Relationship function
- Lead key projects, including the transformation of the Technology Risk Framework
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
- Drive the adoption of risk mitigation practices for emerging technologies, including AI
- Oversee teams that support each of the key disciplines within Technology Risk
- Ensure the successful delivery of Technology Risk projects, aligning them with the firm's strategic goals
- Maintain an understanding of emerging technologies, regulatory environments, and compliance issues to effectively manage technology risks
- Rationalize and bring consistency to external attestations such as ISO27001 and SOC2 requirements
- Focus on regulatory changes related to technology, working directly with the Ethics and Compliance team
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications in IT, cybersecurity, or risk management
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity and data protection principles, standards, and practices
- Proficiency in technology risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools
- Familiarity with IT governance, audit, compliance, continuity, and incident management processes
