Our client in the Marketing industry is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to step in and hit the ground running during a short-term leave.

Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the Executive Team schedules, meetings, and conference calls
- Coordinate all travel arrangements ensuring all details are added to the calendars (domestic and international)
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, spreadsheets
- Maintain confidentiality at all times, exercising tact and professionalism
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using word processing, spreadsheets and / or presentation software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of EA experience
- must be MS Office proficient and have strong calendar management
- Ability to work and support two C-suite level executives
- Superior communication skills
- Must possess strong attention to detail, be able to juggle multiple tasks, and prioritize tasks.
