AP Accountant - 1 Year Contract

About the Opportunity

• Record accounts payable transactions, ensuring that all required supporting documentation and approvals have been obtained
• Identify expenses ready for payment and prepare payment batches
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding status of payments
• Review and process expense reports
• Support with month-end closing processes

About You

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Concur would be an asset
• High level of proficiency with current technology including; Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Hourly Rate

$25 - $27 / hr
