Do you enjoy welcoming staff and clients, answering the phone and pitching in administratively where needed? We are currently seeking a Receptionist and Office Coordinator to work in the SE in a professional office environment
Responsibilities include :
- Provide reception support, answering a multi-line phone system and directing calls
- Greeting and directing clients
- Mail and couriers
- Booking board rooms, and maintaining lobby and waiting area
- Ordering office supplies, data entry and records management
- General office upkeep, ensuring boardrooms and kitchen are fully stocked
- Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications :
- A minimum of one year experience working in an office
- Intermediate level computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with MS Office
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal will be utilized to respond to inquiries, emails, book meeting rooms etc.
- Must have a professional demeanor and a team orientated attitude
- Must be available to start immediately; this role will start off as a temporary full-time position with the opportunity to move into a permanent role.
