Due to limited bus connection, access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required.
You will be a key support figure, handling tasks such as managing schedules, organizing files, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Managing and organizing appointments and deliveries
- Driver scheduling
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence
- Data entry and maintaining an electronic database
- Greeting and directing visitors, clients, or employees
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience in the transportation industry is a strong asset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy and experience in various software (experience in TRUCKMATE is considered an asset)
- Ability to deal with varying personalities including internal and external clients
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and high-paced work environment
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Well-developed problem-solving abilities
