Our Vancouver client within the Real Estate and Property Development industry is looking for a true Human Resources Business Partner to join their team.
This organization is part of a larger international group, with headquarters here in Vancouver and in Europe. As the Human Resources Business Partner some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Assist with the full employee life cycle
- Performance Management
- Build strong relationships with business teams
- Act as a business partner and trusted advisor for managers within the organization on people matters
- Employee Engagement
- Collaborate with the SVO on new projects, learning and development
- EDI projects
- Analyze trends, data, metrics stay up to date with trends and the market

- An understanding of Canadian law
- Previous Human Resources experience at least 4 years in a Human Resources role
- Team player, can do proactive attitude
