Senior Business Analyst X 2- REMOTE

Join our Edmonton government client on an initial 12-month contract in supporting their user experience and process improvements across critical projects, including User Persona Discovery, Lifecycle Process Enhancements, and Government Restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery processes for projects, including Government Restructuring, Request Management, and User Personas.
• Analyze stakeholder needs and create detailed business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration.
• Develop and implement process improvements for user lifecycle and request management.
• Create and maintain documentation for standards, procedures, and training materials.
• Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including training programs and "champion" empowerment.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications :

The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following educational requirements :

• University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and four-year Technical Business Analyst (BA) experience; OR
• Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline and six-year BA experience; OR
• One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline and seven-year BA experience; OR
• Eight-year BA experience
