Are you a Bilingual professional (French OR Spanish & English) seeking a remote job opportunity? Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent Bilingual Alert Management Specialist (French OR Spanish & English) position with our client, a global leader in workplace safety based in Calgary, AB.
As the Alert Management Specialist, you will manage safety incidents efficiently and conscientiously from onset through to resolution.
- Location : Calgary, AB OR Fully remote (open to all of Canada)
- Pay Rate : $47,000 / year
- Shifts : Tuesday Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Days
- Flexible to work night shift or overtime when exceptionally needed
- Job type : Full-time Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Monitor the safety of our customers' personnel.
- Manage emergency alerts and follow escalation protocols professionally, with efficiency.
- Respond to emergency situations with calm and confidence.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support when an alert is triggered.
- Monitor weather and road conditions where customers are working alone to keep them informed of potential issues.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain records and prepare reports.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Minimum 5 years of Customer service or dispatch experience
- Fluent written & spoken English is required
- Fluent / native speaker level in written & spoken French OR Spanish is mandatory
- Flexible to work night shift or overtime when exceptionally needed
- Strong computer literacy, experience with Teams and Outlook is an asset
- Clear criminal background check
- Valid First Aid and CPR are an asset
- Consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic to handle a high volume of client interactions with diligence, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under pressure.
