Job summary :
This role will be instrumental in establishing and evolving the Canadian RE / MAX brand on company-owned consumer-facing digital platforms and social media channels.
The position will focus on channel-specific strategy development; the creation and execution of a year-long editorial calendar and syndication schedule;
development of multi-media content; and community management across all consumer-facing brand platforms inclusive of both paid and organic content.
Essential functions :
Oversee the social media strategy for all Canadian consumer-facing social channels. Actively contribute to strategy development and responsible for execution.
Create and maintain a monthly social content calendar. Incorporate ideas from sources including (but not limited to) RE / MAX Canada blog and market reports, RE / MAX thought leadership, Canadian real estate news / current events, RE / MAX news and events, and social media trends / conversations.
Develop a steady stream of content that is engaging, innovative, informative and relevant, to support the growth of the brand and its digital footprint.
Ensure content aligns with overarching RE / MAX brand strategy, messaging, visual identity and editorial calendar.
Leverage design tools available to RE / MAX, to incorporate graphics, video, animation and interactive elements, to create new designs and evolve / improve existing templates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Internal Communications, PR, Marketing, Business Growth and Leadership Teams to fulfill content requirements as needed.
Collaborate with creative agency to manage asset development, including influencer / creator programs. Publish and monitor content to Canadian social channels.
Develop and execute the RE / MAX Agent Generated Content (AGC) Program, including content ideation, outreach / communication with agents, coaching (as required), scheduling and monitoring published content.
Schedule / publish social posts daily using native social media platforms and tools such as Sprout Social.
Manage and monitor comments and activity on organic and paid social content.
Monitor social inboxes. Respond to inquiries using approved messaging, and direct inquiries to appropriate internal stakeholders when applicable.
Report on social channel analytics and performance. Evaluate social campaigns and content effectiveness, and optimize / adjust according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitors social trends, influencers and real estate news to identify opportunities to join the social conversation and grow brand visibility in relevant spaces.
Support blog content strategy including writing original articles and editing / publishing supplied content in the WordPress platform.
Supports content needs for consumer-facing newsletters and e-mail communications.

Hire Range / Rate : $48,000 - $62,000

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education / certifications, or geographic location.
The offer rate represents one component of the RE / MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below.
