Our Zebra Global Information Security Operations team is seeking an IAM Security Engineer, Senior!

This role is based in Missasagua, CANADA

Hybrid role

Responsibilities :

Researches attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs

countermeasures.

  • Audits hardware, software and network firewalls and encryption protocols.
  • Leads security policies to control physical and virtual access to systems.
  • Provides information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems.
  • Works in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions both internally or externally (with client-focus)
  • Collaborates with teams across the organization to include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
  • Manages security platforms related to identity and access management (password vault, secrets manager, privileged access management)
  • Designs and implements architecture designs for security platforms to meet security and business needs
  • Responds to helpdesk escalations in accordance with established SLA

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and operating Identity Access Management Systems (IAM)

Preferred Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills

Experience with end user issues

Demonstrated technical experience

Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects

Demonstrated experience trouble shooting

Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems / applications

Experience developing new systems and tools

Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures

Demonstrated Project Management skill

Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment

Experience identifying and implement process improvements

  • Extensive experience with configuring and operating Privileged Access Management technologies
  • Extensive experience working with and designing systems with modern authentication protocols (OauTH, SAML, FIDO2)
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience implementing passwordless authentication modalities and technologies
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Active Directory (LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM)
  • Extensive experience working with privileged access management in cloud environments including GCP, AWS, Azure as well as SaaS products
  • Sophisticated understanding of how to work with and maintain vendor relationships, establish licensing requirements
  • Collaborating closely with procurement to establish new vendors or renew existing agreements
  • Experience working with and implementing zero trust models, principles and technologies
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Advanced Degree preferred
