The HR Generalist will be in-charge of overseeing the human resource requirements of a well-established healthcare organization in the lower mainland.
The main responsibilities will be Employee Relations, Recruitment & Retention as well as Training and Development for unionized employees.
The position will report to the HR Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years HR Generalist experience, a strong leadership potential and a desire to grow with the management team of this healthcare facility.

Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience in a unionized environment
- CPHR ideal but not required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- HR experience in a care setting highly preferred

Base Salary : $70,000 Negotiable + Excellent Suite of Benefits
