Main responsibilities

Strategically partner with external organizations to advocate for our vaccine portfolio.

Maintain relationships with key figures in healthcare, research, government, and public health to advance strategic interests.

Proactively engage and build relationships with new stakeholders through personalized interactions, developing a robust network of advocates for RSV, Flu, and our Vaccine Pipeline.

Implement an Omni-Channel approach for customer engagement, utilizing conferences, promotional speakers, and other methods to educate and interact with healthcare professionals on vaccine benefits and safety.

Achieve immunization goals within designated areas, create provincial plans aligned with Sanofi’s objectives, and maintain ongoing stakeholder engagement.

Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to strategic planning to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

About you :

Driver’s License required due to extensive travel demands.

BA / BSc. required; MSc / PhD / MBA preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in selling, negotiation, and communication, especially with public health entities.

In-depth knowledge of the Public Health environment in BC and key account selling skills.

Experience in vaccine science, marketing, and sales, along with demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement and executing high-impact educational events

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000 in addition to sales incentive. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.

Candidates must complete all fleet safety training and must maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents.
