- Develop case studies about BBA’s flagship projects to strengthen the firm's credibility through concrete, tangible achievements.
- Contribute to the UX website redesign by creating new pages with powerful content, capable of capturing the attention of our audiences and boosting engagement.
- Work closely with our engineers and technical teams to identify and promote relevant topics that highlight innovative projects carried out in various regions.
- Design targeted marketing communication campaigns in collaboration with the digital advisor to increase the firm’s visibility in specific and strategic regions.
- Conduct interviews with our experts and develop content that showcases their expertise and industry vision, reinforcing BBA's position as a thought leader in the industry.
- Constantly monitor the industry to come up with content that reflects BBA's vision of major issues and actively enhance our social media calendar with innovative ideas.
- Create compelling visuals, podcasts and videos adapted to various audiences and distribution platforms : website, social media, internal communication tools.
- Develop submissions for various industry competitions that promote BBA’s flagship projects and our experts’ ingenuity.
- Coordinate public relations initiatives to strengthen BBA's visibility and influence in its sector.
- Ensure compliance with visual standards when releasing multimedia content (emails, banners, social media, website, etc.

Summary of certifications andjob requirements
- At least seven years of relevant experience in communications and marketing
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications or any other relevant training
- Proficient in English and French, both spoken and written
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent knowledge of social media and digital communication platforms
- Knowledge of graphic and video production tools (, Canva, WeVideo)
