Responsibilities :

Take ownership of the sales process by forecasting potential revenue from client partnerships and working toward closing annual plans and renewals.
Consistently monitor sales targets, assess pipeline strength, and ensure alignment between agency resources and forecasted client needs.
Track and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to assess effectiveness and make proactive recommendations.
Clearly demonstrate how marketing efforts impact client ROI, using performance metrics to inform strategy updates and secure buy-in for additional services or plan adjustments.
Qualifications :
- Post-Secondary Education in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of sales experience, ideally in a client-facing role within a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong business acumen : Demonstrates an understanding of market dynamics and client industries, with the ability to link marketing efforts to revenue outcomes and effectively attribute ROI.
- Experience managing multiple projects or clients : Skilled in overseeing various accounts and project timelines concurrently, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
