Your Role
As a Project Manager for Architectural Interiors, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and executing detailed projects that meet customer needs within time and budget.
Working closely with clients, architectural wall vendors, sales teams, and various design and construction professionals, you’ll play a critical role in creating high-quality, cost-effective architectural wall solutions.
In this role, you’ll :
- Lead RFP and RFI responses, support project acquisition, and develop project execution plans.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely updates on delays or changes.
- Maintain project alignment with the client’s design intent, budget, and quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise from concept to completion to internal teams, clients, and contractors.
- Collaborate with client representatives, consultants, and trade contractors (e.g., electricians, AV, millwork).
- Attend site meetings to discuss product capabilities, limitations, and project logistics.
With strong organizational skills, you’ll anticipate risks, proactively manage them, and adapt to changing project requirements as they arise.
Your interpersonal and communication skills will help build strong client relationships, while your collaborative spirit will be key in coordinating with engineers, designers, and subtrades.

Qualifications
- 5+ years’ project management experience in construction or a related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, specifications, safety, and quality management.
- Experience managing budgets and schedules for construction projects.
- Familiarity with cost management, construction laws, and building codes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Experience with project management software is an asset.
- Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or related field.
