- Must have access to a car and be comfortable traveling to different properties- Excellent understanding of construction and real estate- Strong background in budgeting and financial management- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook- Lease knowledge, ability to read and understand commercial leasesOther Language Requirements : English- Level of Proficiency Required : Advanced- Reasons for Language Requirement : To Support Operations in another region- Frequency of Use : Daily (for various tasks)Responsibilities : - Oversee all building operations, including maintenance staff, external contractors, and technical facilities.
- Conduct weekly inspections of buildings and property grounds.- Ensure high standards of preventative safety and cleanliness.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual expense budget.- Create monthly forecasts, variance reports, and adjustments for the accounting department.
- Negotiate and manage all service contracts with the property services group.- Manage sustainability processes and tenant construction work.
- Collaborate with various departments and suppliers.- Respond to property-related emergencies.- Provide technical information for repairs and prepare project quotes for approval.
