Plan Group is currently looking for a Bilingual Service Coordinator for the service department - day shift 40h week. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of priorities and be very versatile.
English and French resume required
As a Service Coordinator, Bilingual , you will :
- Provide support to the service team / national projects
- Prepare service agreements (drafting and layout)
- Follow up files (customers / suppliers)
- Respond to customer requests (computerized system, e-mail, telephone)
- Assign requests to technical team.
- Provide customer feedback
- Prepare invoices
- All other related tasks QUALIFICATIONS :
- Autonomy
- Autonomy
- Sense of priorities
- Bilingualism (spoken and written)
- Proficient with Office suite
Will be considered an asset :
- Experience in customer service and office automation
- DEP / technical diploma in office automation, administration or related field
- Experience in structured cabling network or related field
We offer :
- Daytime schedule from 8h@16h30
