Sales Account Manager - Gym and Fitness
Montreal based : Remote, Field Sales
Our client is a global leader in luxury commercial gym equipment, treadmills, exercise bikes, weights, digital fitness and health solutions.
They've been recently expanding and have a great new opportunity for a Sales Account Manager specializing in the hospitality, multifamily, resort, and residential fitness industries.
You'd sell into a network of clients like hotels, resorts, condominiums, apartment complexes, architecture and design firms, and more.
It's a specialized division with a lot of growth potential for the territory!
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform sales and business development to farm (70%) and hunt (30%) new business.
- Experience in the corporate health and wellness, rehab, therapy, or wellness industry needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage a wide range of products, services, and solutions.
- Achieve local sales targets and ensure profitability.
- Exploit market potential and identify business opportunities.
- Generate leads, profile customers, and update CRM.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and provide market feedback.
- Conduct customer visits in line with company sales standards.
Compensation
- $75k salary + uncapped commission / bonus plan
- First year earnings : $90k-120k+
- Year 2-5 : $125k-150k+
- Year 5+ : $200k-300k+

About You :

What You Bring :
- Minimum 3 years' experience in b2b sales or similar roles.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in managing complex deals and selling solutions.
- Strong negotiation and consulting skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
