TITLE
Business Transformation Specialist Level 3 (BTS3)
TASKS
- Research and analyze new technical enhancements of the shipment management system ( hardware and software components), including developing requirements and supporting the full implementation of system modifications;
- Review the Agency’s current internal business processes related to the record storage model and digital document management service provider in conjunction with the shipment management system with the goal of identifying areas for improvement, if needed;
- Support the ongoing or new technical enhancements by working with the managed service provider of records storage services and digital document management service provider, for the shipment management system;
- Make recommendations on requirements and will support the full implementation of system modifications;
- Work with MSPs to resolve any new or ongoing shipment management system database issues;
- Run and analyze reports on performance measurements and on shipments trends;
- Cooperate with ALASD HQ management team in regard to knowledge transfer relating to the RFID tracking solution;
- Provide clear and concise briefings to management, clients, peers and end-users, if needed; and
- Work with clients to understand business requirements and process flows, researches options, and creates and shares information that include a review of processes and options for consideration;
DELIVERABLES
- Provide written documents / reports and accompanying materials as required;
- Provide recommendations on the following documents : testing plans, training, implementation plans, support documents;
- Provide progress reports as requested by ALASD;
- Provide written reports of trends and analysis including recommendations, when required; and
- Provide and / or support training sessions on the shipment management system, if required.
