How you will contribute

You will :

  • Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
  • Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
  • Develop custom models / algorithms to uncover signals / patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
  • Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

What extra ingredients you will bring :

  • 8+ years of experience in Talend, Big Query, Cloud SQL, Python, Databricks / DataProc, GCP Skills required
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP BI / HANA required
  • 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and projects required
  • 10+ years of experience in stakeholder management and partnering with other leaders in driving key initiatives and data strategy required.
  • Proven experience in managing large Analytic teams and Applications service intake into Operations.
  • Additional experience in Tableau, Power BI, DataProc, and Databricks will be a big plus.
  • Strong functional background with a solid understanding of CPG business and detailed technical knowledge to generate insights from data.
  • Ability to analyze, visualize and communicate insights from our data to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Broad knowledge in Data wrangling, Data Engineering & Data Science
  • Extensive experience bringing data from multiple platforms and showcase easy to understand visualizations. Skill in turning data into digital insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Drive for results, Problem solving, integrity & trust, organization agility with strong business acumen. Willingness to learn new technologies and be hands on, if required to support the team

Education / Certifications :

  • University degree in IT or Data Analytics
  • ITIL Foundation Certified (Preferable)
  • Certifications in Business Intelligence Tools & technologies (Preferable)
