As part of our Programme and Project Management team, you’ll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic projects imaginable, with some of the best talent around.

With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you’ll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day.

Land Development Project Manager Specializing in Site Plan Projects.

Role accountabilities :

  • Complete and review proposals, change orders
  • Guiding projects from start to finish. Due diligence, conceptual design and detailed design
  • Providing technical direction, design review and detailed design on multiple simultaneous land development files with a focus on ICI and Residential Mixed Use Site Plan projects
  • Leading and / or independently preparing Functional Servicing reports in support of potential land development projects
  • Liaising with clients, agencies and others to obtain approvals
  • Supervision and mentoring of project engineers and technologists
  • Ensuring that the clients' needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Undertaking business development activities with new and existing clients in the pursuit of new projects, and the cross-selling of other practice areas, including preparing fee proposals
  • Project Management, including control and management of the financial aspects of your projects

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience :

  • 7 to 10 Years of experience
  • Experience working on Land Development projects in the GTA
  • Direct experience with the design and approval process for projects with various municipalities
  • Complete knowledge base for construction methodologies for land development projects
  • Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Diploma
