The successful candidate will support and drivebusiness initiatives for highvalue client accounts working directlywith key corporate clients to optimize service delivery enhanceclient retention and generate opportunities for account growth.

Whatis in it foryou :
Annual Salary : $100.000 to $110.000 based onexperience.
Performancebasedbonus tied to company performance and profitability paid out inlate fall.
Employment Type : Permanent fulltime role (40 hours perweek).
Work Arrangement : Remoteposition with occasional travel required to the Sherbrooke office;travel expenses covered by theemployer.
Vacation : 3 to 4 weeksper year depending on experience.

Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary contact for assigned strategic Canadiancorporate clients managing all operational and strategic aspects tomaintain strong client relationships and ensuresatisfaction.
Deepen and expandrelationships with key client stakeholders applying indepthknowledge of the client s market industry and value alignment withour clients services.
Overseecomplex cases manage escalation processes and coordinate allstakeholder communications to address client needsefficiently.
Identify andimplement initiatives for operational efficiencies improvedprofitability and enhanced customerexperience.
Analyze client trendsand collaborate with Business Development to support initiativesthat drive account growth and address key underlyingtrends.
Organize client visitsmanage agendas and produce reports to ensure alignment onobjectives.
Support the Financeteam in collections and statement of account resolutions forescalated cases.
Facilitate theimplementation of new clients products and services coordinatingwith internal teams to meet both client and corporateobjectives.
Track clientperformance indicators and provide timely relevant reporting on keymetrics supporting informed decisionmaking for both the client andinternal teams.
Develop andmaintain strong knowledge of Canadian marketspecific factorsincluding economic legislative and policyimpacts.
Contribute to annualbudgeting forecasting and revenue growth strategies incollaboration with BusinessDevelopment.
Identify competitivetrends to inform product and service evolution and activelycontribute to strategic market developmentdiscussions.
Lead a small team ofaccount managers setting clear objectives providing regularfeedback and supporting professional growth to enhance servicedelivery.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
University degree or equivalent.
8 years of relevant work experience(required).
4 years of B2Baccount management experience within a servicebased environment(required).
Proven track recordof successful client management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English andthe applicable market languages.
Availability to travel as required to support businessgoals.
