Reports to : Manager, IT.

Summary of Responsibilities :

  • Provides technical support for hardware and software issues to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Resolves technical issues via phone, email, remote tools or in-person support.
  • Configures, monitors, and maintains cloud-based systems.
  • Assists with the implementation and management of cybersecurity measures, including email security, data loss prevention, and vulnerability management.
  • Assists with cybersecurity training program and phishing campaigns.
  • Assists with the management of our IT infrastructure including network devices.
  • Monitors cybersecurity logs and alerts to identify potential threats and take appropriate action.
  • Assists with cybersecurity audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Documents procedures and processes related to IT support, cloud administration, and cybersecurity administration.
  • Stays current with emerging trends and technologies related to IT support, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications and Skills Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, cloud, and infrastructure.
  • Experience with security administration and knowledge of security best practices.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
