Our client, one of Canada’s leading specialist contractors within aerospace and defence is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Mechanics (AME-M) to perform aircraft maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities :
- Comply with the customer’s audit kit, Transport Canada regulations (CARS), Technical Airworthiness Manual (TAM), Quality Control Procedures (QCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Process Standards (CPS), all maintenance, manufacturing and policy manuals, and the scope of their certification authority when performing repairs, modifications and inspection tasks on aircraft
- Carry out repairs, modifications and inspection tasks on customer aircraft
- Complete administrative paperwork, documentation and reports
- Coach and direct junior technicians to ensure that tasks are performed efficiently and accurately and that the skills needed to progress in the trade are developed
- Perform other tasks as required
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of AME experience
- AME license or an AME certification authority in his or her field
- Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (approved by TCA or appropriate regulatory body)
- Full TCA authorization
- C130 experience is an asset
Schedule : M-F 40 hours / week rotation every 2 weeks : Days (7am 3pm) & Afternoons (3pm- 11pm)

The wage range for this role is $75-$90K
