Job Description
We are looking for engaging and fun leaders who will help run a successful restaurant business, and manage a team of culinary & service staff.
Our Lone Star managers are part of a team that brings our company policies and philosophies to life, and enjoy providing leadership to those around them.
Our general managers run all aspects of the restaurant, coach and train staff members, interact with guests and create a safe and rewarding work environment for all.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Work with the regional director to manage and shape the restaurant profit & loss statements.
- Provide leadership and coaching to both full time and part time staff.
- Conduct interviews and hire individuals who will help grow the restaurant.
- Manage the employee weekly schedule.
- Engage with guests in a fun and professional manner.
- Communicate shift priorities and responsibilities prior to the start of every shift.
- Exemplify exceptional leadership skills using our core values of People, Empowerment, Results and Coaching.
- Be a problem solver and supportive team player by multitasking and tackling issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate preferred.
- Smart Serve Certification.
- The ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
- Lift items up to 30lbs.
