Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Utiliser Plus de manières de magasiner pour stimuler les résultats commerciaux et soutenir l’utilisation de nouvelles technologies
  • Représenter les attentes en matière d’expérience client en magasin
  • Offrir une expérience uniforme alignée sur les attentes de la marque RL en soutenant la vision de l’entreprise et du magasin
  • Promouvoir les valeurs fondamentales de RL
  • Soutenir un environnement de collaboration avec le client au centre des préoccupations
  • S’engager dans le réseautage pour commencer à bâtir une clientèle
  • Fournir une rétroaction continue à la direction quant aux réussites et aux occasions
  • Renforcer la connectivité des clients avec d’autres voies d’achat en soutenant d’autres processus d’achat - Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home.
  • Élargir l’accessibilité des clients à la découverte de produits codes QR, catalogues numériques, magasins virtuels.
  • Fournir la rétroaction nécessaire à la direction quant aux occasions ou aux besoins de la catégorie.
  • S’assurer que la surface de vente et toutes les normes du magasin sont respectées en tout temps.
  • Ce rôle spécifique et le quotidien des opérations de la compagnie exigent une communication régulière en anglais avec le personnel et les clients aux États-Unis.
  • Motivated to drive their business day to day and achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales goals.
  • Proactively drives business through focusing on the customer at the core of all decisions
  • Supports company initiatives
  • Participates in team training to execute business results
  • Utilizes "More Ways to Shop" to drive business results and supports use of new technology
  • Represents the customer experience expectations in store
  • Delivers a consistent experience aligned to RL Brand expectations by supporting the company and store vision
  • Champion of RL core values
  • Supports a collaborative environment with the customer at its core
  • Engages in networking to start to build a clientele
  • Provides on going feedback to Management on successes and opportunities
  • Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative paths to purchase by supporting alternative purchasing processes - Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home.
  • Broaden customer accessibility to product discovery - QR codes, digital catalogs, virtual stores.
  • Provides necessary feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs.
  • Ensures sales floor and all store standards are met at all time.
  • This specific role and the nature of the business require regular communication in English with staff and clients in the USA

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Expérience en gestion de la vente au détail ou dans un secteur d’activité complexe, à volume élevé ou en environnement spécialisé de haut niveau, un atout
  • Capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les clients et le personnel du magasin
  • Capacité de manœuvrer autour de la surface de vente, de la salle d’entreposage / de l’habillage, du comptoir-caisse et du bureau;

travail autour / avec des produits chimiques, levage / montant jusqu’à 14 kg (30 lb) et escalade modérée

  • Capacité d’utiliser la caisse, de se tenir debout, de se déplacer et de marcher pendant plusieurs heures
  • Capacité de travailler selon un horaire flexible pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise, ce qui nécessitera des quarts de travail de nuit et des déplacements (au besoin)
  • Capacité d’établir et de maintenir des relations de travail positives avec les clients, la direction et les collègues.
  • Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock / dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around / with chemicals, lift / climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
